Scanner criteria

All of the following:
  D Chart(close) is within range of ± 0.5 % from D Volume by Price (35, year to date), low
  All of the following: (within 10 candles)
      D Chart Break Through D Volume by Price (35, year to date), low
  All of the following: (within 10 candles)
      D Chart(close) < D Volume by Price (35, year to date), low by at least 5 %
